I work one-on-one with adults and teens, both in person and virtually. This is a space for you to show up with what ever is arising for you. I’m here to walk alongside you in your deepest questions, not-knowings and cycles of change.
Over the course of our lives, we develop patterns of how we perceive, experience and move in the world. These patterns of behavior, emotion, and thinking are deeply intertwined to our nervous system, physiology and distinct lived history. The challenges we’ve endured in our lifetime lead us to make embodied adaptations to protect ourselves and weather the storms around us. Our work together will explore these patterns in service of your growth, whatever that means for you.
Individual Therapy
I work with relationships of all kinds – couples, polycules, family members, friends and more. I collaborate with you to identify what is happening between you and your partner in the present moment. Greater awareness of in-the-moment dynamics will enable you to cultivate deeper knowing of one another and make new choices of how you want to be, feel and connect.
Relationship support can look like:
deepening intimacy, communication & boundaries
navigating distinct experiences of gender & sexuality
bridging across intersecting identities & lived experiences
reckoning with breaches in trust
working through major life events together
exploring new relationship or family structures
